Mar 15, 2010 – CHAPEL HILL, N.C. – The Cygnal Group, a sales compensation consulting firm with offices in Chapel Hill and Chicago, announced today that firm’s principals Donya Rose and Beth Carroll will be featured speakers at two different industry conferences in April. Topics they will cover relate to creating and managing effective sales compensation and incentive plans.
Beth Carroll, Principal, will be speaking at the 32nd Annual Transportation Intermediaries Association Annual Convention and Trade Show on Thursday, April 8th in Tucson, AZ. She will be participating as a panelist during a session entitled “Incentives and Payment Practices that Work” alongside leaders from the transportation industry.
Managing Principal Donya Rose will lead a workshop at the SYNYGY Sales Performance Conference to be held April 20-21 in Philadelphia. The workshop will focus on companies with large sales forces and will explore approaches for developing a sales compensation framework that provides consistency across the sales organization while providing flexibility for each business unit. Seats are still available for this conference.
