PR Log (Press Release) –
Jan 28, 2010 – Raleigh, N.C. – All-Points Personal Transportation announced today that it will help provide transportation alternatives for Pretty In Pink Foundation clients who are currently undergoing breast cancer treatment at participating medical facilities. The complimentary transportation program called “Rides That Save Lives” kicks off February 1, 2010 and will continue throughout the year.
Catherine Kerrigone, founder and managing partner of All-Points comments, “We are thrilled to provide ground transportation services to get Pretty In Pink Foundation clients to their life-saving treatment appointments. Getting safely from their home to the treatment facility and back home again should be the last thing on a patients mind, but for many, it’s a struggle coordinating ground transportation due to the frequency of the treatment visits. Even if we help just one person, we know we’ve made an impact on that person’s journey to win the breast cancer battle. We are in awe of the people involved with Pretty In Pink. Their commitment and energy made this a very easy decision indeed.”
